I can't express enough, the at ease feeling that Ray always instilled. When I was upset about something, Ray focused me and did all he could to rectify the problem. He was always attentive and returned calls promptly. There was no detail left out. When Ray went on vacation Brad stepped in and handled things just as well. They make a good team.
